The penalty, according to law 14, should have been retaken, due to encroachment by players from both sides. This is the fault of the VAR officials. Taking away the reason for stopping the game due to 'apparent' head knock to hibs player in second half, he actually correctly gave the drop ball to hibs goalkeeper. The drop ball he gave to hibs in first half, should have been retaken since the ball was played by the hibs player before the ball hit the ground. All in all, a thoroughly poor performance, again, from our officials.
