I know we keep going on about youths getting a chance but the conveyor belt of talent in this country has been on the wane for so many years now. However, McGregor, Hutton, Smith, Wilson, Smith, McCabe, Ness, MacLeod, Adam, Gallacher isn't that bad a record. Not great and certainly not as prolific as yesterday year. If they have the level of ability then they will get a chance. However youth development is not just a weakness of Rangers. It's been a weakness in this country for many years. This is the single biggest issue for football in this country. The talent pool has to be greater in years to come. The coaching and culture of football is year behind so many other countries now. That trend has to be bucked and soon!
