    Found a piece online which makes TUPE a bit clearer in terms of contract transfer http://www.out-law.com/page-448 but it does not help in what will happen in terms of us holding the players registiration.

    Not looking likely and the money involved to move them from their position looks far beyond what TBK or BM are willing to go to in my opinion. New co looks like the only option but I hope I am wrong.

    The blue knights are not willing to risk their own money and are trying to do a deal with anybodies money bar their own. Going by the way they have went about their business in trying to buy rangers, we are properly better off without mini and Kennedy. Who in their right mind puts in a bid that is lower than the creditors will get if the club is liquidated.

    37p to 41p in the pound seems very high to me. Will this depend on outcome of the tax case? I think we will be talking 12p to 18p in the pound, just a guess on what I have seen in other cases.

    Division 3 if it happens. how many players will stay with a wage cut and play in the third division.I think there will be very few. The club will survive but in what form, a scaled down version or are we saying we can fund the club in the third division as it is funded in the premier. For me going to the third division is not a viable step for the club.

    I don't think there is enough funding in both bids but the blue knights would be the best option if they can stop playing brinkmanship with the club and get there hands in there pockets and fund the bid with enough money. They are rich fans why are the playing a dangerous game with the clubs very existents.
