Just depends really. If there is one then it would have to be a yes, but then if there isn't then it would be no. There is always the fact that it could be very difficult to tell either way because getting concrete stuff down is increasingly difficult, this is in spite of the advancement of technology in the last few years.

If as expected, we win div 3, 2 and 1 to get back into the SPL (although I still think the league will be restructured and we'll be in SPL2 or nearer the top flight before then), would these be added to the 54 titles? So by the time we get to the SPL would we have 57 titles or do folk only really see the top flight titles as ones to add to the number?

What a lot of shite. Rangers games will probably end up on Sky/ESPN if the rights are bundled in with the SPL rights. That seems to be part of the deal in us getting membership.

The consensus is all over the place. Do we lie down until they stop kicking to ensure safe passage into the league? Do we fight it and reject it and end up not getting in e league at all this year and seeing the club actually not existing? What options do we have? What options does Green have? I odn't think the rest of the clubs will feel that we need any further sanctions, 'sporting integrity' has been done. Obviously if it comes out we were cheating using an illegal EBT scheme then the oldco could be punished, stripped titles etc...but what more can they do to us? We barely have a squad.

I'm worried that because we are going in as a new club and we are an exception, getting in without 3 years accounts (which are apparently the rules), then they can make up what they want as they go along. If they fuck us up this year and we can't get promoted then it could be 2017 before we're playing top flight football again. Wish we could just fuck off to England.

Good of him to stay but hardly a GERS LEGEND. When this is done and dusted and things are back to normal hardly anyone will remember him. If he's not having to take a pay cut then why would he leave? He's 34 years old for fuck sake. Yes, he could play in the SPL for another club on less wages or like a few others have pointed out, uproot his family and move to League 1 or lower championship for the same cash but what's the point? From a PR perspective what he is doing for the club is great though. But 'LEGEND' and 'GOD' is laughable.

Look at our attendances in the 80s, at times they were fucking shite. That is the risk. HOWEVER, this time there is a real sence of injustice and togetherness within the support and I really believe that we will still pull in good crowds at the start of next season. However I'd just be worried if it started to taper off. Either way - even if we are half full, div 3 with NO sanctions, we wouldn't be paying players much to be able to win those leagues and we'd have enough fans to stockpile cash so that when we do get back to the top flight, we have the money to spend and also the Euro ban will be over. I don't want to be in the SPL until the Euro ban is over because we won't be able to attract the level of player needed to challenge for the title and I don't want to be in a league dominated by Celtic and probably a lot of the other clubs FFS. That is if they are still there. Like someone pointed out earlier, when we get there from Div 3 it could be the equivalent of the Estonian league.

I REALLY believed a lot of things that have changed since February. For example, I really couldn't see us not being in the SPL next year, even up until a few weeks ago until all the fans of other clubs started going mental and putting pressure on their chairmen. Then the public statements happened. The SFA need us yes, but if the poison from the other SPL supports emanates into the lower divisions and they pressurise to say no to Rangers then we could be fucked. Technically they'd have to bend the rules to let us in SFL 3 because you are supposed to have 3 years accounts to be eligible to apply.

How much money would he stand to make from selling Murray park and Ibrox? I understand Ibrox is a listed building but he'd pocket a fair bit of cash surely? If he has no league to play in and no squad to play then he obviously has to do something with the assets, which are worth far more then what he paid for them.

Maybe being a bit paranoid here, but the way newco Rangers associates Green and Murray handled themselves yesterday is suspicious. 1) Murray's supposed arrogance yesterday 2) The brochure handed to all SPL members to try and persuade them to vote to keep us in the SPL.........emblazoned with what could be perceived as an arrogant, "WE ARE RANGERS" on the back Is this the way that 2 men who want the club back in the SPL would act? I know we're all fucked off about having to constantly bend over for these clubs to try and get back into the SPL, but if reports are true, this was not the way to go about getting back into the SPL. So my main fear here is that either Green is an absolute mindless idiot. OR Green didn't actually want to win the vote yesterday AT ALL. Which I believe might be at the bottom of this. - No league - No squad - No club - Forced to sell up Green makes a packet. Gonna watch his behaviour and Murray's behaviour closely over the next few days and see how he reacts around being let into the league by the other chairmen. If he is trying to concoct a situation where our position is untenable in any league we need to be aware of this.

We're still owe 800k on Wallace to Hearts right? Do you think us signing Black for free, from Hearts when we owe them cash is a GIRUY to Vlad and the SPL? Because I am guessing if we paid Hearts the money we were owe they could afford to pay Black more and keep him. So it looks like a GIRFUY to them.
