That's the whole point.'Resting' a first choice player in the bigger harder games doesn't make sense, it would be more like dropping him.Thats my point, he should be dropped! Hes no leader of men.We have only 2 captain materials in the squad and both shouldnt be in our team.Hopefully Super Ally will sign us a leader in the summer.Bougherra? Is a wierd one, i never thought of him as a captain and hes been pretty poor recently, maybe that would make him think twice about being complacent? It will be interesting to see if the midfield press higher up the park if he's not there.However, they could be told to sit deep to protect the untried centre-half...
