beattie72 170
I can't wait for Kyle to come back. Fuck this bid.
Ferdasyn 431
I die inside eevery time someone says Lafferty only comes good after the split. Goal vs hearts to win 1-0, hat trick against Dunfermnline not ring any bells?

Goal vs hearts to win 1-0, hat trick against Dunfermnline not ring any bells?Lafferty hate should be left in 2008.Last season was Lafferty's most productive season for Rangers so far. He's matured and his form was vastly improved as a result and I believe we will see a continuation of that this year.Get this bid to fuck and get him fit and back in the team because his partnership with Jelavic was blossoming and I'd love to see a continuation of it. Hoody 103
Given our lack of success in the transfer market so far I think it would be unwise to get rid of another player
MCLACHLAN1 49
Get him out the door ASAP for any offer of £2 mil or above.
Smell the hotdog 4,015
Come to think of it have Burnley not got a sell on fee as well?.Means we would need a bid of around 4m to break even, canny see that happening
TheBluebells 6,898
I hope this is thrown out the window, he is worth more but regardless we need the big man, his form improves each year and he is going to improve for many years to come he is still only young. Our squad is tiny as it is we don't need to sell good players for pennies, he plays for the badge, he stays. Smile 26,600
And every season his form has got better.Agree its not just his goals its his overall play that's improved as well.

WilliamMunny 3,234
I'm surprised how many people would sell, I'd thought it be a daft thing to do considering he was coming good for us.

Gaffbear 4,096
West Ham have cash from their parachute payment and if we're going to sell we should squeeze as much as we can out them and take Parker as an add on
stuartm 7
He is crap. I would sell him for half of that. £2m is an inflated price, get him on a bus to London!
sassaaaa 11,406
I would sell him in a heartbeat , but its beginning to bug me that we sell our players far to cheaply and then fork out far to much when trying to buy ......
djbroxybear 660
The Laffbot only comes good towards the end of a season for some reason. I would cash in but for nowt less than 3.5m every other cunt is screwing us for transfer prices and holding out.
Spectre 1,663
Id let him go for £4M+ time for us to start playing hardball with other clubs for a change!Aye, because this is vastly different from us bidding low for players this entire window. Not complaining, it's good if we get a bargain but you can't greet when other club do the same, especially when it's not a silly low offer
WilliamMunny 3,234
I'd take it as long as the money was reinvested. Jelavic, Naismith and a new £4M striker would be perfect. With Hemmings and Healy as back up. Naismith at RM. Healy is crap. Hemmings unproven. Selling Lafferty will leave us with only Jelavic. Do you trust us to bring in a quality striker with our dealings this window? No!

RyanRangersfc 0
£3m+ and we had another striker lined up i would possibly sell
Irwin Sparkes 97
I'd sell him and spend the money on Goodwillie and MillerOh wait....
50ShadesofBlue 667
For 2 months a season, is he really worth holding on to? If only this had happened a few weeks ago and we could've got Goodwillie in with the money.
watp72 54
I dont think we should sell simply because we have next to nothing else up front to play alongside Jelavic and there are no guarantees that Super would get the full fee for a replacement. On the other hand, those who are saying £4-5m... Is he really worth double what we valued Goodwillie at?

If only this had happened a few weeks ago and we could've got Goodwillie in with the money. It's coincidence. The final 6 weeks of the season tends to be the only time in a season where Lafferty is given a regular run as a striker. It's not like he simply doesn't try until then.
