wearethemighty 186
Any one think Walter Smith will be the next Arsenal manager? Heralding a new George Graham era of success at the club. Just a thought.

Just a thought. From a man who will play nothing but youth unless his hand is forced to a man who wont play youth unless his hand is forced. Would be madness IMO. Would be madness IMO.But it could be the perfect blend of youth and experience (Wenger and Walter), perfect balance of tactics aswell, Wengers free flowing attacking football and Walters backs to the wall defending.I tell you, if Walter and Wenger ever had a love child who ended up in football... wearethemighty 186
If Sir Walter had the £50-60M transfer fee budget to spend, who would you think he could bring in to improve the Arsenal squad? For me Scott Dann (Brum) £8-10M, Cahill (Bolton) £15M, Scott Parker (West Ham) £8M Eden Hazard £23M (Lille) Shagger £12M (Us) OK so its £68M but im sure they could stretch the budget. ShaggerSagna Cahill Danns Djourou/Gibbs Parker FrimpongWalcott Hazard Gervinho RVP

SirWalterSmithLegend 206
Serious question. Who was the last Rangers Manager you did like and approve of?I loved Walter and i respect his trophy haul and success but i hated the way he had us playing football, absolutely hated it, it was soul destroying mate. I approved of PLG and actually took the Frenchmans side over Ma Baw. I enjoyed what Big Eck done with Wee Dicks players but then fell out with him after he built his own team. I wasnt a fan of Wee Dick tbh, for the money he spent and the wages we paid, imo, we underachieved. Walter during the 90's was just one Euro embarrassment after another. Souness is and always will be The Messiah. Under Jock Wallace, second time round we were a shambles, 2 cups in 3 years. And under Ham'n'Egg, it just didnt work out.
