bluepeter 5,627
Like a different team today, a pleasure to watch Bocanegra, Davis, Fleck all had very good games, Wallace and Aluko outstanding
Shetland 76
For me, he has just nailed his position. Hopefully Ally sees it the same wayIt's good to see some optimism around here for once!
GaryMc 2,394
For me, he has just nailed his position. Let's hope Ally see's it and cancels any proposed loan moves. What a difference playing the ball on the deck makes. That's the first time since the 2nd half in the OF at Ibrox that I've genuinely enjoyed the football on show.
Jimfanciesthedude 24,540
a mobile and athletic defensive mid tasked with the job of just winning the ball, and playing the easy passwell done maurice edu, another shift that you will hardly be recognised for, but it was imperative that we had itas for the rest of the midfield, well done, all dropped deep to get the ball off the back 4, all pressed the opponents, the way an attacking champion outfit should be

Sheikh Salim 215
Outstanding. Aluko, Wallace and Fleck. Tremendous.Davis is back! Edu brill. Great, thankless shift from Healy and back 5 as good as ever. Loved that! Best wishes to Big Kyle, hope he is ok and all the best to Jela, Jig and Kirk on their futures away from Rangers. And people say you never post anything positive about the gers...
Hoody 103
Great to see Davis have a good game, just shows how badly McCulloch shackles the midfield when he plays.
rfcgillies 8
Great team performance today. Passed the ball really well, the best players for me were Aluko, Fleck and Wallace. Davis had a good game. Hopefully Ally sees sense and sticks to a team like this as it's clear to see that we are capable of playing good football and have the players. Really wanted to see McKay getting an opportunity today though. Still, can't complain!
Thermopylae 15,286
Is it any coincidence that guys like Jelavic and Whittaker weren't playing? So far as McKay goes he can't expect to bad mouth the manager behind his back and be in the plans anytime soon

Blue corn flakes 1,282
Positives! Rangers have plenty of shots on goal and possession. Bartley done rightly at Right back, Davis played well in the midfield with the rest of the midfield with Aluko playing really well. And McCulloch absence means Rangers get back to playing a bit off football.Negatives! Jelavic looks to be away and Lafferty being injured leaves us struggling. Disgraceful treatment of McKay. Ally should just come out and tell people why is picking right backs to play midfield rather than a natural midfielder. Ally isnt doing himself or the team any favours by treating McKay like this. bluereason 13
We played almost all of the second half with the ball on the deck and at times it was one touch sublime football. This is where we have been going wrong for weeks. I think a lot of us have mentioned that the high balls into the box are so f*cking frustrating but today it was a breath of fresh air to see so much one touch creative play in and around the box. Keep this team and formation Ally and get in a couple of pacey strikers/wide men and we are heading in the right direction!
mortos 8
Aluko and Wallace were superb, in fact the whole team played well. i wonder where this new-look team will take us if Jela, Naismith and Lafferty are not available; play like that and add a striker and creative midfielder and we'll win the league for sure.Enjoyed watching us play for the first time in ages. the goal machine 7,801
Really happy with the performance. The whole team stepped up and played some cracking football, and it was nice to get a comfortable victory.Good to see Healy scoring and Aluko getting his first for Rangers. Also, Fleck and Wallace had great games.

SirWalterSmithLegend 206
Don't forget to give Super Ally some credit. After all, he deserves it for some of the decisions made today It was basically forced upon him. One look at the bench and it was obvious he had no other choice but to play who and how we did. Well done gaffer, you needed that after Wednesdays embarrassment.
tromperie 4
For the sake of our title, I sincerely hope that McCoist's eyes have been opened and he sticks to this style of play, rather than reverting back to the Walter Smith Manual once more. johanhentze 14,089
Excellent performance today. Passed the ball beautifully at times and scored some great goals. Another thing.. I think that having Bartley playing right back actually helps us a great deal going forward as Aluko can do what he wants.. With playing Whittaker, Aluko needs to be more careful.
