Rfc#1. 1,877
What choice do they have. SFA have bullied and threatened them into a yes vote in the name of financial integrity.
Jamesbond 4
What is the actual head count on this at the moment? How many clubs have said yes to Rangers joining the 1st division how many yes and how many have said they will vote no.Would be a useful Sticky with clubs if someone has the figures at the moment? kanjo 26,294
I feel so bad for the SFL clubs. Done nothing wrong and yet are being bullied. Why they can't just allow us to oto Div3 annoys me, we all want it....with exception to a few SPL Clubs of course...which isn't surprising considering they're about to become insolvent.Deffinetly a time for an enquiry here. bazzl82 2
I think the sfa put the blame on the sfl because of the threat from the goon brigade boycott, they must've feared that they would not go to Scotland games but then again they never did as the tri colour flags state
surfsup2 1,533
I dont know why they dont just vote on monday get it over with and let us buy our season tickets...when they get the direct debit part set up . The_Blue_Flash 390
The sfa want to have their cake and eat, they have to be seen to be 'punishing' Rangers but they know deep down they can't afford us to go into Div 3. Everyone warned sink us and we will sink you. They are slowly realising that by 'punishing' us they are destroying Scottish football as a whole and hell mend them and now they are bulling the smaller leagues. southcoastbear 1,639
Huge public enquiry into the S.F.A for bribery and blackmailing fuckin corrupt bastards Couldn't agree more, been shouting about this for ages. But unfortunately would require coordinated effort together, doesn't seem anything can make rangers fans work together not even the future of the club. Public enquiry bit anyway rest is a bit libelous
Seinchin 11
Nah, Some good bears from the dinky.Actually have some good friends from there but on the whole......DFC have had on many occasion staff with an agenda and certainly not a Rangers one mate. Carsons Dog 9,878
Anyway the vote was roughly 2-1 in favour of Rangers going in to Div1 as opposed to Div3They were given a presentation on the financial implications and if Rangers were to go to Div3 it would have cost them £90k in the first season alone and they would have struggled to pay the players they have on contractApparently Raith, Thistle & Morton have got wind of their decision and are far from happy
Brubear 2,880
What is the actual head count on this at the moment? How many clubs have said yes to Rangers joining the 1st division how many yes and how many have said they will vote no.Would be a useful Sticky with clubs if someone has the figures at the moment?Irrelevant if the document from Longmuir on another thread is to be believed as the SFL board are seeking the authority to make the decision despite the way the clubs vote if they feel they get enough consessions from SFA, which they will.
