Wants to show world football we r rangers. Wants Uefa to work with us about the football debt. Board members meeting with sfa re sanctions. He feels he's winning fans over. He's staying in flat in Glasgow . Knew it would be difficult because of whyte n Murray . New investors coming on board every week. Reiterated he isn't owner fans r real owners. Meet whyte 4 times. Whyte is NOT any part. Spoke about distraction of brown non bid. Has never spoke to .DM.
HG5 11,081
Wit he sayin?Among other things, categorically states we will be proving to SFA today that CW not involved in consortium.Wants to reach agreement re repayment of oldco debt.

Alv1n82/bluenose 1
This guy is starting to grow on me a bit, conducted himself very well. Stated that he doesn't own the club he is just CEO. Malcolm Murray and mean meeting sfa today and will show people in the consortium, no one owns more than 10 per cent, also trying to arrange some freindly with olympiakos
Bigjeem 17
Seems a genuine guy. I'm starting to trust this guy has the best interests of the club at heart.

rayq81 231
If Charles Green was not genuine he would have gone by now, the guy is doing a great job under impossible circumstances, he has my full support.
Gaffbear 4,096
He's the only one who's been fighting our corner and we have to try and trust him.
one cutty young 140
Good interview, answered a lot of outstanding questions. I do feel he is being genuine and working hard on our behalf, with all the crap the sfa are throwing at us we need to truly unite once and for all and put our money behind the club. We have took enough blows from those who try to destroy us, MM I think is on a hiding to nothing meeting the sfa as their bitterness to us because the spl plan failed and they know their joined plan to punish us but keep the finance we bring to other clubs failed. Interested to hear why others still don't support CG though.
paisleyroad 894
I actually worry about how Miller would have handled this mess, Charles I'm behind you & the Club right now sir!
Agentorange 17
Only disappointment was he said he thought Whyte had the best of intention but didn't have the finance. Surely if that was the case there are still huge questions to be answered by .DM, SFA and SPL regarding the due diligence and fit and proper process. rayq81 231
Did he show the deeds though?I was waiting for bomber to pop out the bushes "dont buy season tickets, I am buying the club with my two ginger bottles and an amulet of hens teeth"
Agentorange 17
He has time n time again offered to show deeds to anyone w ho wants to see em Offered couple of weeks ago at meeting with supporters when Brown was chuntering about them. Sir Alexander of Jardine told Brown to basically shut up. No one took .CG up on the offer. Some excellent bears at that meeting took Green at face value. That's good enough for this bear. harry handsome 629
Worked with Yorkshire men before and they are pretty ruthless in business, hopefully our man is the same. One thing they tend to do is fight their corner and hold grudges for ever, watch out those chairman who are trying to shaft us.Sounds as if he's doing a decent job for us now. Dennis 1,011
The guy deserves his chance. He'd better think twice about accepting any sanctions though.

nimrod 62
The bottom line is we don't have a huge menu of alternatives just now.Green is the only player in the game with a whiff of credibility. We as a fan base always have a lot to say about how much we like or dislike about our players but when the chips ar down we always get 100% behind them. Time to give Green the same effort. We'll see down the line whether we are right or wrong but we know for sure that to not back him at this stage is definitely wrong. We should be focusing all our 'feck you' genes on a certain bastard at SFA HQ. DavieCoopersLeftFoot 56
Green needs our support now, i think to a certain extent he's proved himself. Bottom line is if SFA stick to their guns then he'll need to accept the sanctions or face us disapearing. We will never forget this though.
