This is what pro union politicians want us all to think. Why do we have to "oppose" england, just because we want independence? Im sure we will still have strong links with them , with them being our closest neighbours. All we want is a mandate to conduct our own affairs, which we already almost have.

Do we want trident on our waters? Do we want england talking us into illegal wars whenever the notion takes them? Do we really want to risk what will happen when our oil runs dry and the english have to subsidise us?

People have to realise, its not about Salmond or any politician. Its about being in control of our own destiny. Its not hard to vote the snp out once we hve independence.

Its totally in both countries best interests to stay friendly with each other. Its just time that we as a country decided our own fate, and not be ruled by a foreign parliament.

Anybody that thinks the english give two fucks about Scotland is deluded, and i would suggest have been brainwashed from an early age. We get quite a good deal from being part of the union at the moment. I never said the UK was occupied, I said Scotland was. Ive stated why i think its better for us to be independent. Ive said nothing "anti english", or racist. Whats your answer to the poll tax they inflicted on us before it went live in england? Is that all British citizens being treated as equals? You dont realise how good you have it in Scotland compared to england now, and its all thanks to the SNP. Free tuition, free car parking in hospitals, free prescriptions, someone actually fighting for their countries rights, instead of feeding off the scraps of westminsters table.
