Recommended Posts

Thought id post a picture of the brilliant Rangers team from 1984 which im sure will bring back memories for some of our older bears. These stickers come from Panini's Football 84 collection. Super Ally and Cooper on the same sticker! - cannae beat it!

RANGERS THEN, RANGERS NOW, RANGERS FOREVER!!

I always preferred the Topps cards to the stickers.

The smell of bubble gum that never left them.

The checklist almost full of ticks.

Carrying your whole set around with you everywhere.

and that wonderful game of 'skiting' them at the wall, and whoever gets closest wins the cards.

check these beauties out...

1978 - my favourites - I loved the swoosh around the team name.

1979

1977

1976

1975

Bobby McKean, lived around the corner from me,remember the sHock when he died.Tragic.

Johnny Doyles death spawned one of the wittiest responses from the the bears ever.Mind the tarriers singing "Tommy Burns,Tommy Burns,Tommy Burns.................."

The Bears............"So does Doyle so does Doyle"
