Big Al 55 9,248
Charbonnier, Wattereus, Letizi and Nicky Walker were all rubbish compared to Woods, Goram, Kloss and The Traitor
wully 47,331
He was awrite. Wouldn't define him as a bad keeper. Didn't come for fook all but was a decent shot stopper and can't think of him making many big mistakesInverness at home, we lost 1-0 due to his error. Mols94 3,669
letizi was far from class
krissg910 110
all goalies make errors. its all about how rare these errors are and how they respond to making them.
RAFREG 471
Erik Sorensen
Crespie6 334
all goalies make errors. its all about how rare these errors are and how they respond to making them.too true. people sometimes forget that Goram got us knocked out of Europe in his first season with a howler. he then went on to become arguably one of our best ever keepers
Glasgow_Gaz 23
Although Maxwell was decent with Motherwell I would agree he was pretty dire with us, especially with that howler when Brewster scored against us in the Cup Final. In fact, I think it was Chrsitian Dailly that set Brewster up!
Shortbread 28
Letizi was mince. Fans chanting for McGregor during games couldn't have helped him but he wasn't good. I wouldn't say Niemi was a great Rangers keeper either, he certainly went on to become one but never really got the chance at Rangers.
iain01 15
Bonnie Ginsburg and Jesper Christiansen were both particularly gash but on the whole we have more good than bad keepers.
miracle 7,790
Jesper Christiansen hardly set the heather alight; 8 appearances, 2 clean sheets.
alandRFC 1
Maxwell and Ginzburg, he couldnae kick a ball went out the park everytime
hammer93 15,057
Stewart Kennedy, letizi, brown, Dave mckellar all bad to Average, nicky walker had his moments but was decent.
Ivybank 4,580
I was told McCloy was hopeless maybe the older crew can confirm?he was, good comedy value though
Mulligan 11
Ritchie was good but I still think Andy Goram was fantastic
TheMotor 2,208
An indication of the regard that many fans had for McCloy was that his nickname had evolved from "The Girvan Lighthouse" to "The Girvan Shitehouse" by the time he finished. Still, he collected a fair few medals in his time.Nicky walker had a worse mullet than Super. Nothing more needs to be said.
MisterC 12,270
In my time, I would say Ally Maxwell and maybe McGregor as well.

Gaz52 11,837
The only good thing Letizi has done is in my signature
Tiebreak54 151
Was never a big fan of Theo Snelders, thought he was pretty unsteady. Great keeper for Aberdeen though. I was young at the time so my judgement might be completely wrong. Also though Billy Thomson was rotten in the few games he played.
toolongawake 1,205
Letizi was horrendous. My memory only goes back as far as Goram, and I remember not rating Snelders any time I saw him play. Jesper Christiansen from what I recall was pretty poor.
californiadreamin52 339
Billy Ritchie was a bit of an enigma just felt we always lacked something
Velo 16
How spoilt have we been for goalies ?...I'm 21 and can't think of a bad goalie we've had for any period. My memory only goes back Goram, Charbonnier, Niemi, Klos, Wattereus, Letizi, MacGregor and Alexander. All who have been class. Even Andy Dibble was decent for us Nicky Walker
KingKai 439
The year Kennedy played at Wembley he had been outstanding all season. Howver I always remember him wrapped around the goalpoast at Wembley. I think he was never the same.Never rated Norrie Martin, but then again he didnt play much.I thought Mcloy was always pretty safe, however dont know bout after 79 when I left Scotland.
