At no point did he question their integrity, infact he highlighted the fact he wasn't calling their integrity into question. Rule 71 is in question, I don't thinghk he acted in any way shape or form wrongly, infact I think he hit the nail on the head, but you could argue he was not acting in the best interests of the Scottish FA.
