You've got them running as scared as Jimmy Millar used to have Big McNeil.

They will be convening meetings all over the place trying to work out how to unravel themselves from their incompetent mess.

It would be nice if one or two other clubs began asking them for clarification on your very well made points of information.

Please keep us updated and thank you for your great efforts in this regard.

Update No 2.

Dear Mr. ,

Thank you for your e-mail of 23 September, the contents of which I have

noted, and your follow-up telephone call yesterday afternoon.

My apologies for the delay in coming back to you.

Specifically, with regard to the subject heading and concluding

paragraph of your communication, I am obliged to point out that the

Scottish (Communities) League Cup is organised and administered by the

Scottish Football League.

Accordingly, I am obliged to refer to you the SFL on the questions

Dear Mr Niven,

Thank you for your email and I have noted the point about the SFL however,

you have not answered or clarified this point in Mrs Bannons email:

"Can you please explain your email above and in particular this

statement "no longer exists i.e. Rangers FC "

I would be grateful if you would address this point.

Thank you.

Dear Mr. ,

I acknowledge receipt of your further e-mail communication below, and would confirm that the Association is unable to provide any further clarification on this matter. doh

With best regards,

Dear Mr Niven,

Thank you for your prompted response, for the avoidance of doubt and to enable me to come to a reasonable view, can you clarify your last response.

Are you saying that Mrs Bonnons interpretation still stands?

Or

that the SFA is unsure at this stage?

Or

You have no wish to discuss the matter with me?

Your response will close my communication with you.

Thank you,

:7325:

Holy fuck! The "Association" i.e the SFA, not this guy personally but SFA are unable to give any guidance as to whether one of their member clubs is 140 years old or 6 months old?

What is quite clear is they have fucked up in interpreting their own rules (not for the first time!) and now don't want to say anymore for fear of causing even more bother!

If you don't mind me doing some shameless paraphrasing of your hard work, I will be firing out a few emails to the SFA on this matter!

No need as the link shows to the SFL web site that they accept this fact, it is the SFA going by Bannons statement that do not.

If the sfl accept the fact then surely we shouldn't have played in the earlier rounds and it's up to them to address this administration error?

I totall agree that the sfa also need to answer regarding your correspondence.

Exactly however, I have no wish to present difficulties to the SFL at this stage, they have been very supportive, it is the SFA that I am after and they run the Scottish cup.

This.....

The SFA , SPL may have thrown Rangers out of the SPL and transferred their membership, all of which seems to go against what Nimmo Smith said. Whatever happened to the SFA statement within 48 hours due more than a week ago. It beggars belief that the SFA can't provide clarification of its own actions and application of its own rules. What a complete farce.

Excellent work mate very proud of you for this.

My opinion is the SFA won't admit we are the same club as it would mean Charles Green was right and we should never have been demoted (we know Green is bang on but the SFA won't admit it) as it would ruin the SPL's season as well as showing them up for what they are and how corrupt that the system is in Scotland.
