Do the press only ever report from outside Ibrox when it's a negative story?

Recommended Posts

STV'S Mike Edwards reporting from outside Ibrox on the "contract saga". He also sighs at the end, And says "and the contract saga as we always knew would, rumbles on"

And why is it rumbling on? Because STV made a big song and dance over nothing and said 67 players were suing Rangers.

A few hours later 18 ex Rangers players that were supposed to be involved in this say they don't know anything about it and don't want to sue Rangers or anyone else involved.

Is that it now? Is it swept under the carpet and STV get away with writing such a non story just because in sounded negative towards Rangers?

Negative story on Rangers = Full scale coverage

Positive story on Rangers = Sweep, sweep.

Negative story on the mhanks = Sweep sweep

Another negative story on the mhanks that they cant sweep sweep = Add bit of spin & bring a negative story on Rangers into it.

As Oscar Wilde said...."the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about"

Just ask the Tarriers...........

How does media work then? There are plenty of good things they could mention about the club, but they always go the other way and try and run the club down.

Are they being paid to cover any negative story possible?

They can't all be of timothy persuasion can they?

Must be written in the contracts ti hammer rangers at any opportunity

Good news won't get people watching or talking about them. Surely the media cunts must want to be liked at some point in their lifes though?

Fucking hell! Everytime someone in the media does an article about us or a news report there's a fucking thread on here if he hasn't smiled smiled his way through it or wrote wonderful things about us!

This is almost as boring as the same club/not same club shite
