I read this by a poster (Justice) on yesterdays, BMc blog - which just shows how powerful Rangers is. All these years and we unwittingly financed the entire spl, including those timmigrants, that live behind the nspcc curtain.

Last year Sky ended the year with celtic v rangers their flagship SPL game. This season Sky have decided not to show an SPL fixture between xmas and new year, instead we will be treated to

7 English premiership games

2 English championship games

And of course a Scottish 3rd div game starring the original glasgow derby,

So much so Sky have have had complaints from septic, who I have been told are complaining, and they themselves are now thinking of a Sky boycott?

Why?

Sky have booked only 17 of their 30 games of the season up until March and in doing so leave themselves with ESPN to use 23 live games from a possible of 54 SPL fixtures.

SPL fixture Celtic were last on SKY on the 4th Nov 2012 and wont be again until 24th February 2013.

16 weeks and no SPL CELTIC on sky?

Why?

We know why, Sky knows, but as always celtic / the spl / the sfa / and the mhedia know, but deny.

Sky 73% down on SPL viewing figures from last year, AND ITS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE!

Perhaps shows, that those shortsighted spl chairman, should have actually been fighting to keep us in the spl, not demote us out.

Can't see all the fuss here giys...........the immigrants will still take the lions share of the money..........only thing is their poison will not be broadcast far and wide and no doubt something is afoot with those integrity driven liars.................noticed yesterday that on premier sports channel that had loads of freeview programmes for them...............so no doubt they could be working to backstab those numpties on the spl.

Well I would have expected them to be a bit further ahead at the top of the SPL than they are, but nevertheless they are going to win the league this year, so none of their league matches are interesting, even for a fan of the club.

We haven't had an original Glasgow derby for a while except for the one earlier this season, and we likely won't have one again for a while unless Queen's Park gets promoted along with us in the play-offs, so that is an interesting match, even if you aren't a fan of either club.

Of course they don’t need us, the massive crowds, sell out games, TV falling over themselves to put on the SPL and how every SPL team is raking in the money. Oh, I think I got something wrong there, wonder what it was.

When SKY/TV walk away at the end of the season, you can nail the lid on to the coffin that holds the SPL as they will have died, :rip: and there will be quite a few chairmen on their knee's :praise: asking for help from the SFL as they wont have a league to play in. :SPLbroken: :brokensfa::lol:

Up until this season I could have watched on telly ANY game in the SPL and probably named you 95% of the players, minimum.I could probably have rattled off the team selections for the scum,Aberdeen,Hibs,Hearts,Dundee United (injuries excepted) and been able to accurately give you the SPL table with points accumulated by every club from top to bottom, such was my interest in football,

This season I wouldn't have a scooby who is in the scum first eleven, apart from Hooper,Samaras, and that big gawky cunt in goals, and I would be battling to name you two players who were playing for any other club in the SPL. My interest in any club from the SPL has been limited to seeing TWO SPL clubs play this season, which should come as no surprise if I said those two clubs were Motherwell and Inverness CT.

I also know quite a few tarriers who now have no interest in watching their team on Setanta because there is no interest now in seeing who comes second.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot <img data-cke-saved-src="http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/default/f_<img src=" src="http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/default/f_<img src=" http:="" forum.rangersmedia.co.uk="" public="" style_emoticons="" default="" f_doh.gif'="" class="bbc_emoticon" alt="doh">.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='doh' /> It's akin to going to watch a blockbuster movie and they show you the ending before the story unfolds :sleep1:

Like a dagger in the spl's dark heart :pipe:

TBH I was saying to a guy at the game yesterday that the good folks down south have the best league in the world and all that we have that can add to what they have already is the Old Firm game and so that's all they are interested in
