NamibianBear 1,851
The attendances home and away have been a powerful demonstration of the loyalty of Bears. Great stuff.Could maybe have more special occasion or Rangers family days at Ibrox? For instance a Northern Ireland day; a Rule Britannia day; a North America day; an Australia day; a Danish / German / Spanish / Europe day - to honour the current / former Rangers players and the loyal fans from these places.Namibia Day

Peasie 103
Rangers.......... 08 377595 49913 47199 50444Celtic........... 10 377663 49428 37766 60832I don't know what time you lifted the figures for Celtic - as although they have played 10 games the figures now on Football365 show Celtic having a total of 425,665 giving an average of 42,567. The 377,663 total does not include the 48,002 in their last match against Motherwell.ESPN gives Celtic's total as 418,965. This time they have not included the 43,804 attendance against St. Johnstone. Celtic refused to giuve this figure to the press and it was some weeks later it eventually appeared on the SPL website. My own figure for Celtic is 462,769 giving an average of 46,277.Now let's get one thing straight here - BOTH Celtic and Rangers use the same method for attendance. It is those that have paid for the right to be in the stadium. ie they have purchased either a season ticket or a match ticket. It is only more noticeable in Celtic's case as a lot more season ticket holders are not showing up on the day. But make no mistake, Rangers are also including those that don't turn up on the day.My major gripe with Celtic is that they also included the 5,000 free tickets that were given out for the games against St. Mirren and Ross County.Incidentally, remember the Scottish Cup game against Arbroath when a rounded figure of 15,000 appeared. Well the actual attendance was 13,384. I only hope they paid Arbroath based on the 15,000 figure if the sub-14,000 figure was to embarrassing to give to the press. Larry-AV 51
I constructed my table from the data on the stats.football365 website on 4th January, then first posted it on New-606 Rangers on 4th January at 14:40 hours. So the date and time for the table is 4th January at around 14:00 hours. adamtricky 89
I was told that at the recent Queens Park game at hampden , that the attendance was 55 times Park the usual Queens Park gate. If the same applied for Rangers 2.7 million would of been in attendance.
