A Rangers Media "phone in"? Good idea?

I was thinking that this can't be too difficult to achieve and might help deprive others of a few listeners.

More importantly, I think we could make it interesting and probably even more balanced than the current offerings.

I see it as a chance to give Rangers fans a phone in forum free from all the haters, where ideas and opinions can all be discussed with a common goal.

Please offer your opinions.

To be honest, i think it would depend on how its done.

The Rangerschat thing was a good idea, but was ruined by too many people talking at once and FAR too much swearing.

If it could be conducted a bit more like a "regular" phone in i think it would be a great idea.

I'm always a bit suspicious of any form of media where we

try and "keep it to ourselves". Surely we can handle ourselves in the mainstream media. In my experience also these things can be a bit second class.

The problem would be monitoring it...ie what's to stop wind up merchants and obsessed beasts devaluing it by phoning in...if it goes through the club as an official phone in they could better police it.

Do like the idea though and is definetly something I would tune into.
