ForeverBlue_Since91 2,895
It's only taken them a year to come to this conclusion which everyone knew from day 1 was a crime.

ForeverBlue_Since91 2,895
So if the polis have finally said it was a crime. Surely the BDO who are sueing him for 25 - 50million this will be good for them? And surely this little cretin is going to the jail soon? And with reports that his castle will be taking off him well that must be happening now? Surely everyone he owes money to they will have to sell his assets off to raise the money?
OlegKuznetsov 10,816
Aw wee timmy's gonna be so jealous.Victim's of a crime? They'd swap their mothers for that sense of injustice.
Gordy61 16
If we are proven victims of crime then the SFA and SPL are in some very deep shite. They will have been guilty of going against their own rules by punishing us.
Christchurch Rangers 1,229
Hope he gets a long time inside and ends of some dirty bikers bum bitchthats getting off lightly too: he deserves far worse
OlegKuznetsov 10,816
This is so inconvenient for- well just about anybody who screwed us over, from the SFA, SPL, clubs, media, even HMRC. I suppose Duff and Phelps and Strathclyde Police take some credit here to be fair. The assumption is that Whyte is the guilty party, but other than the picture relating to perhaps his takeover, rather than his guilt.Did he deceive Murray? Did he defraud or steal from the club?Is Murray also under suspicion? Are there any shady conspirators with an agenda who have been exposed? lancedeangers1 287
I won't be getting too carried away just yet as there have been many a sensationalised claim over the past couple of years and not many have been accurate.Hopefully this is the desired good news story and justice will prevail for Rangers and its fans, however at the moment we are presuming it is in fact "Whyte" they are referring to as guilty of a crime and if so we can only again speculate as to what that crime(s) may be?If this turns out to reveal a wholly calculated crime committed with the intent to defraud and damage our club then I hope to god we finally get our justice and the mother of all redress and apologies. JM1872 3,706
And yet the SFA knew about that wee cunt not paying PAYE and NI? What else did they fucking know? It's time the hounds were unleashed on the SPL and SFA. Get all they cunts to fuck, get an independent board which governs the game and has no board room connections to any member club.Fucking frustrating. Douglas Cameron 179
You cannot buy a company using that company's assets. In mortgaging future season ticket revenues this is exactly what Whyte did. On those basic facts it is financial assistance.I will be interested to see this play out. Now is the moment for the reasonable and sensible elements in the press and authorities to end the witch hunt and admit their mistakes. Don't hold your breath. The important point is the rest of the world will continue to look on in bemusement at Scotland and ask "what have they done"
