4 year contract!!

So if he turns out to be mince it would cost us a fortune to get rid of him.

Great business sense as always!!

But if he turns out to be very good...

Typical negative feeling on here as usual

The negativity Is due to crazy decisions made by upstairs.

We are in the 2nd division playing against part timers and as such receiving very little income.

Why take the risk (it is a risk) of signing a foreign player who has never played Scottish football before on a long term contract with I would imagine a good financial package.

We could have given him a 2 year contract or in fact we could have stuck to signing promising british talent, tried and tested in the British game.

Cribari, the greek, faure have all been very poor in my book and again to get rid we need to pay them off.

Why take gambles in the 2nd division.

And if he's a world beater we have him tied down. Thats the chance you take with any signing and why scouting is so important

So a 2 year deal with a further option of another 1 or 2 couldn't have been worked out??

For fuck sake, the people on here doh.

Four year deals are good for business as long as the player doesn't bottom out. Even then, as long as he's not on too much money it's likely a loss we could swallow. No one blinks a fucking eyelid when certain players get long term deals, but when new signings do it's hellfire and brimstone .

That's shite, Daly's is a cracker though and sure to make the £'s with the new age fans :crabflute:

Oh Yeah, Daly's a good man, full of the Craic(or some shite like that), I am sure he will adopt a poor lonely Honduran and help him fly his flag.

Because he will not be flying his own.

The Flag sellers will sell anything and do, bet you a £5 none of them are daft enough to openly sell the Tricolour. (Pink Rangers Scarfs) :21: :21: :21: :21:

its 4 years because the club want to start a link between us and Honduras, so its to show other players what positive effects signing for us will have on their lives, we are desperate for this signing to go ahead and be a success
