Foreign Influence?

Should we be helping Ally and improving our vision and style with appointments of a Head of Football Philosophy at Murray Park and even a Technical Director to help Ally buy.

We have a great fitness coach in place and we see a difference already so surely other areas being improved will help us further?

Maybe one day when we are flush with CL cash but not now we don't need any more people on the wage bill.

No.

By then we wont have time as we will need to win every game in the league as we cant come second. Impossible when changing a philosophy overnight.

Now is the time to do it when we have two years till we return.

Should have started last year but obviously some incidents prevented this.

Right now we have to just see out this board war before we can do anything like your op, its a good idea but who would we go for on such a small budget and who would want the job with all the uncertainty around? This is the problem at Rangers instead of concentrating on things like this we have just got ourselves problem after problem to deal with and these issues get forgotten about

Two former Bears I've said for years I'd like to see back at the club are Pieter Huistra and Ray Wilkins.

Huistra put in charge of Auchenhowie to give us a proper set up from u-8s to u-19s. He has a great reputation as a coach in Holland, much more than he does as a manager.

Wilkins at Chelsea was first team coach but didn't get involved day to day with the players he was actually more like a German style "team manager" the oversaw the bigger picture of the team set up, scheduled training, planned coaching rotations and appointments and was generally a sounding board for the manager and a link for all levels and age groups at the club, he adores Rangers and he would fit in well in a Director of Football role.
