However does that mean that shareholders should not be allowed to vote for who they think should take the club forward? The board are trying to prevent that based on a technicality...why?Obviously if the opinion on here is shared throughout the majority of the shareholders those in question would never be voted onto the board anyway.So what's the big deal?
