We beat them in the final of the Master's ,at the HKFC Soccer 7's ,over here in Hong Kong, last year.

They are not a jewish club as such. They got the name by opposing fans as amsterdam had a large jewish population, The club itself has no jewish roots, There own fans, who are predominatley not jewish have embraced the term

I thought the surviving Jews in Amsterdam after WW2 supported Ajax. I agree they may not have roots as such going back to their formation so I suppose a better term would be links.
