OneDavidCooper 2,505
So does this mean Mohsni and McCulloch will not be our first choice pairing?I personally hope that neither Moshni or McCulloch play for us again
gogzy 31,195
Another one for the future.he is only 28 IIRC. Not one for the future, but not exactly over the hill.
Jamie0202 12,216
The negativity on this site from certain posters is doing my fucking head in. I swear, there could be a thread just about tiddlywinks and some posters would mention that Ally is the wrong man for the job and we'll never get anywhere with him in charge.Give this boy a chance, then judge him.Every thread about a player we're linked with or a player we sign has the same posters with the same pish. Some people need to realise where we're playing our football at present and with what budget because I think some have forgot. I don't think there's many players at the FIFA World Cup who would come to the Scottish second tier, available on a free transfer and would only ask for £2,000 to £5,000 per week. All the guests must be pishing themselves laughing with some of the self loathing on here. Robespierre 589
Welcome to the club big man! The guys only on a one year deal and should help us through the Championship next season. Hopefully add to our currently woeful defense and take McCulloch's spot next to Mohsni. http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/item/7048-mcgregor-joins-gers

mitre_mouldmaster 21,509
1 year deal is a good idea.Very little risk, if he does well, we can offer a longer deal. One of my fears was being stuck with an injury prone player not cut out for the top division.Best of luck Darren. Big Al 55 9,241
Welcome, nice to see a sensible contract, never know if he proves his worth.
CaptainAmerica18 846
It's sensible as a 1 year deal given the injury history. I can't say I'm overly excited by the signing itself but we'll see what he can do in a blue jersey before I judge it overall.
ClydebankBearWATP 877
I am really fucking hoping there are a few young players coming in.and these experienced ones are just to help them settle and be ready for the top flight, hoping the 1 year deals show this
#WATP 14
He will stroll it this year and be very solid backup next year.Welcome Darren!

MasterD 7,435
Don't know much about him so welcome to the club and hopefully you do well when asked upon.Good to see us offering shorter deals for him and Miller instead of the stupid 3 or 4 year deals we were dishing out when we went down. the goal machine 7,791
Welcome to the club, Darren. I'm sure we all have our doubts about the manager and his plans but at least give new signings a chance before fucking slating them.
Getstiffed 8,863
Another good deal. Low cost, low risk. Given those conditions his age is irrelevant.
