He probably has turned us down but nobody aside from him and the board know why and they are not saying. Could of been a million reasons, perhaps he didn't fancy working under such constraints after being used to signing big players for 10s of millions of pounds at Bayern,maybe the continued bad press of us put him off, we just don't know.
