I was just about to post the exact same thing. Can't be believe some people on here saying it was soft etc. He lunged in to a sliding tackle from behind using the scissor motion (both feet). It was dangerous, wreckless and could have seriously injured templeton. Stone wall red card. You just had to look at the player after the challenge he knew it was a bad one.

Anyone saying that wasn't a red needs their eyes tested. Have seen a few folk on here saying it was soft, dubious etc.

Templeton was lucky not to have been seriously injured.

yep too much focus on the red being a game changer.

the guy dserved to be sent off, that is the rules.

as for Hibs, they didn't score more than us, that is why they got beaten.

It was a red, wouldnt say that it was the worst foul I have ever seen though.

The scissor movement was there which meant he had to go, but I felt it was a bit half hearted, dont think he was trying to injure him to be fair on the hibs player.

Dont see how anyone could say it was not a red though.
