That was different circumstances altogether. They knew for certain that Hampden wasn't going to be available, so they named other grounds for the semi-finals and finals. But the difference is, they did it months in advance. They can't just say the game is at Parkhead now that it's a Rangers vs Celtic semi-final. That would clearly be handing them an advantage intentionally.
