16BlueSherbert90 19,223
Didn't really say anything new. He's right on one thing...we shouldn't be going any lower. These players need to hand back their wages until they are ready to put the graft in. Kenny has made it very obvious he is in way over his head and can't claw his way back from oblivion. Get someone in that is really up for shaking these lads up and making them work their hours.

nachothelegend 1,932
Extra training sessions with more youth players and tougher work outs. Put them all in the gym after runs up Gullane sands and get them sore and then work out dead balls and passing after gymwork.Get it done now as hertz and Hivs rip is apart every match.A disgrace it has to be turned by physical and technical beasting on the pitch.Armed Forces style. The Louden Tavern 1,765
Just watched it. Seems they are actively looking at the options available to inject some energy into the team. Good news imo GM

16BlueSherbert90 19,223
Was there a timeline or any indication re a new manager? No, just indicated that there was an urgency for one, but as usual nothing concrete. Big mention on Magath's interest in helping us so could be on the cards perhaps. He has been the most prominent mention lately...

Clemdog 39,389
I think Dave underestimated how bad things are on the footballing side of things, he thought the players would get a reaction from him coming in and bigger crowds. But realistically you could have 100,000 people cheering them on, but if they're all played out of position and being told to hit high balls all day it won't make a fucking difference. Courtyard Bear 41,357
So it takes all of them to look through the paperwork, ffs.Have they never heard of multi-tasking one man one job theres enough of the buggers in that boardroom to do a bloody Big Build. If Magath has offered his services then get him in the dug out for Saturday and tell McDowall to grab a spade and go help McCoist. Leeds_Bear 8,103
Wish he'd hurry up and start instead of all these interviews. No wonder he's had no time to bring a manager in or do get his lawyers looking over paperwork. I think he can't win - if he wasn't giving up dates people would be asking what he's up to, he gives up dates people criticise him for giving to many interviews. Realistically how much paper work do you think he could personally get through in the time it takes to prep and conduct an interview with Sky Sports - which should only take about 60mins total. Also I'm pretty sure this is the first interview he's given, other than the press conference which was a must, since ousting the previous board. Apologies if I've got that wrong.
