WilliamFyfe 1,438
Hearts will be entitled to a development fee, the same as we were with Charlie Telfer.I know mate, we got a decent fee for him I think

sergio 1,199
Hearts could ask for a greater fee that the one we received for TelferHolt was at hearts 12 years (from 2002 - 2014)I am not sure if he was released or if he was offered a contract and didn't take it. WeirFleckNRothen 1,789
£65K is incredible. I paid £900K for him on Football Manager.

LeeWallaceRFC 3,920
Waghorn, Tavernier, Kiernan, Wilson, Foderingham, Halliday and Holt all for £665,000. The difference with a real manager.

ekrfc87 6
Great the manager has secured players he sees as improving the current squad but clearly should it not be the new board being thanked for getting them in at the price they have?? DietofWorms 2,062
Cracking deal. Why we got so good at business all of a sudden? Marky. 6,920
Warbuton must have been pissing himself at how badly we were ran before he came into the job, compared to how we are a month or two on.Welcome to the club, Jason.Do us proud!

NeoGeo7 10,260
I know but with every bit of business...there's the wee barb of the thought of how fucking terribly we have been run for years.Don't worry that will wear off in time, kinda like stepping on dog shite....keep scraping your foot on the ground and stepping in puddles and it will eventually go.Also agree with the poster earlier that it's the board that got the finances done on the deals. Warburton targeted the players and sold them on his vision for the club but he would have had nothing to do with the 65k for holt or 400k for Waghorn and Tavernier. Coplandbear11 1,087
Great business again. Different worlds but this reminds me of the season advocaat came in and the signings where rolling in and the buzz around the support. We've come through all the shite and the good times are a coming.
The Monk 3,207
Good addition to the squad, certainly offers something a bit different to what we already have.Wouldn't be surprised to see Crawford and Shiels shifted, especially the former. LeeWallaceRFC 3,920
ExactlyDon't forget young Thompson as well Only missed him out because he's not listed in the first team. I assume he'll be playing regularly with the 19's.

PRW. 5,631
£65k is absolutely magic business. We got 200k for a boy who had made 1 sub appearance in his professional career.Nottingham Forrest got a bid of +£100k rejected for him not long ago.Steal.
