He did play as a striker for Dundee Utd in his younger years. Typical Walter utility signing. Tried his best but wasn't very good. I feel like he had a decent game against the scum at the end of the 2009 season.. but my memory might be playing tricks on me :-)

No words are needed, what a hero than man is apart from his shite hair. The man, the myth, the legend.

That face Jig is pulling in the second pic is the one I will always associate with the big man.

How many cracks on the back of the head can one man have in his career?

Never a player.

I just mind Bertie Vogts shouting his name in a tv interview after he went Tonto coming into the changing rooms after a Scotland game. I can't remember him ever having a good game for us.

I'm sure he scored against Hearts at Tynecastle and was very good for us that game.

My claim to fame was I beat him at Football tennis in the gym at tannadice when I was S Form as a boy

Him and paddy Connelly

Probably let me win actually but ill take it

Thought he was a great player for us.

Up there with guys like Petric, Vidmar, Moore etc.

Not the most talented but done a job and was a great pro to have about the club

Dailly was a pretty good player, very highly rated as a youngster, shame he got moved to CB at Derby as while I always thought he could be a very good ball playing CB more often than not its a needs must with a team like Derby, he turned into a battler, wasn't the stand out his early talent wanted him to be but had a good career all the same
