The fact also that you can't ask a question and get an answer like used to happen is not good.You can't seriously expect to avoid loads of taking the piss on the thread. And if you respond grumpily to it, more will inevitably follow from all directions. That's how the Internet works.The key is to take it all in good stride, and have a laugh with them all, and in the midst of that, some sensible suggestions will sneak through.Like this one:Tell your mate to phone a friend in Glasgow to go to the ticket office, and sort it with him on the mobile at the window.It's one option at least.The other is to just keep trying the phone line. maybe think about which options he's pressing.
