Liam_RFC 238
I have seen a lot of people talking about possible positions for next season and nearly everyone doesn't have him in there starting line up.I personally would have him before eustace or holt. ?? STEPPS BOY 73,156
Wouldn't have him as 'midfield enforcer' but i'd have no qualms with him in midfield 3 as playmaker type..

Liam_RFC 238
Have you seen much of either player? Not much of eustace and some of holt Think Andy done great last season. A deserves his chance
the_r_sole 366
Pretty sure Murdoch will get his chance under this manager, wouldn't read too much into folk on here not having them in their starting 11, some of them also had jig/Boyd in their 11s last season
AlBear. 8,499
Needs to define his role in the team imo. Whether he's the DM playmaker, the box to box workhorse or the attacking threat from midfield. He has attributes to perform any of those roles well. Made his debut back in 2012 (I believe) but last year was his break out year. Working under MW will benefit him, let's give the boy the time to find himself. It has become too easy for fans to write off young players after just a score of appearances. WilliamFyfe 1,438
Warburton has spoken of house a squad of 20 I think will all play a part this seasonI think Murdoch will play, he's a good player If say Holt comes in, Allan then I think he'd be best loaned out
Muiry12 7
Wouldn't have him anywhere near the first team. Far too small and lightweight for Scottish football sadly.

writingranger 1,399
If the squad remains lean, everyone will get their turn if they work hard. Murdoch is a little lightweight but he will gain in experience and begin to define his role within a team that will play attacking football with the ball on the deck. kaiser1041 9,088
Apparently he was head and shoulder above anyone v Arbroath the other night.i think he will feature.

Far too small and lightweight for Scottish football sadly.Midfielders don't have to be tall. They need a good engine and to be able to read the game and to mark and tackle well. The wee man has all of these attributes.I'd be surprised if he wasn't at least on the bench next season. Essandoh 21,104
Something like only 4 players in the Brentford side last year started every game so I don't think it matters much. The starting line-up will change consistently.

Wawrinka 88
He's the new whipping boy. See the folk claiming he's nowhere near good enough in every thread he's mentioned in
BlueSuedeSambas 53,548
I thought he was one of our better players last season. He's rough around the edges and has parts of his game that he needs to improve on but considering he's only 20 and he only has about six months of first team football behind him that's hardly surprising is it? Prso's headband 34,990
Id hope it would be him Eustace and Thompson in the middle. He deserves to be nurtured I think he will be a class act.
