Captain Hilts 12,819
2/1/2016, SPFL Championship, The Cheaper Insurance Direct Stadium, 3pm KO.So we are almost upon our first match of 2016.Confidence will be high after our superb victory over the spoonburners however as Warburton has rightly pointed out, there's no point in winning that game only for us to drop points in the following weeks. This will be a tough game at a small ground in what will most likely be difficult weather conditions.Teamwise I'd go:FodTav, Kiernan, Ball, Wallace;Holt, Law, Halliday (if eligible?);Oduwa, Waggy, McKay.If the appeal for Halliday goes through in time for Saturday he should be eligible to play until the result of the appeal is concluded.Hoping for a comfortable win and a clean sheet if possible to kick the year off in style
ForeverAndEver 71,374
Ball in for Wilson, if Halliday isn't able to play then I'd bring in Thompson.2/3-0 Rangers.

Will probably kill the game off in the last 20. I'm hoping we come flying out the traps and score a couple early on though, get the confidence as high as can be and bring Dumbartons down. Waghorn x3 & Shiels.

theclothmonster 1,704
Same team that started against the Hivs, high tempo get the game put to bed early so we can get some game time for our youngsters. I'd be disappointed if this game was close and we missed an opportunity to play Thompson or Hardie.
ThatNightInFlorence 696
It was a tough game last time we went there. The team will be buzzing though so I reckon we'll get a 2-0/3-0 win. VladimirWeiss69 802
Its all well and good winning against Hivs but if we dont show up for games like this, then it is going to make that win seem pointless, however I am confident of the win.4-0 Waggy x 2, Holt and Tav
Frank Reynolds 3,359
We've not lost to Dumbarton in over 120 years, we'd better not start now delamonty
cothalbear 11
It's hard to imagine a worse stadium name than Boghead but 'The Cheaper Insurance Direct Stadium' probably does it. Same team (Shiels for Halliday if required) and same attitude as Monday please. Keep the momentum up.

Has to be the same starting eleven unless Clark instead of Miller, played well when he came on against HIVs' and had a great finish.
1690tamRFC 5,001
In the home end this time round, but going by our last few visits there I doubt that will matter too much ? I think we will keep the same starting 11 and win 3/4 0.
MrMckee 3,420
Foderingham Tavernier Kiernan ball Wallace Holt Halliday law Waghorn Clark McKay Think should start Clark through the middle see if he can kick on was decent when he came on against hibs the other day... Think we are better without zelelam we need men not boys in this league at the moment, I would give oduwa a run out for 20 mins taking off McKay later on and bring shiels on as well for law or holt later on and Thompson as well if we are cruising! My last sub would be hardie for Clark for the last 15 mins or so but like I say depends if we are cruising

Camshy 812
Same as last match with Clark for Miller and Ball in for Wilson, wee shake up at 60 minutes with Zelalem on for Holt, Oduwa for McKay and Shiels for Law.

Turnberry18 3,204
I think it will be a hard match. When we beat them 4-0 it was still difficult for much of that game, and when we played them at their ground they nearly took the lead, from what I remember, by catching us on the break, and then we only beat them narrowly.
