What is the point of paying over the odds for players atm when the squad is strong enough to win the league. That's a pointless exercise. Short-term fixes are no good. "We're looking for players to come in, adapt to demands placed upon them, embrace those demands, but then also prepare for next season at a higher level, hopefully."
