Andy Halliday

What is it he actually does? He's got a decent strike on him but that's about it. He's never a midfielder in a million years. He'd have been as well staying in the dressing room for the first half.

Seems to get a free pass on here because he's a bear and said all the right things but he's nowhere near good enough for us.

He's a decent player Halliday. Was looking forward to seeing him play in that more advanced midfield role both midweek and today. But I'm not sure he will be good enough going forward to play there. Don't think he has that half turn when the balls played into him. Prefer him deeper just now to be honest.

Passenger today.

Harsh from the O.P though. He has arguably been our most consistent performer all season. Does the dirty work in the middle of the park.

Majority on here sing Hemdanis praises for doing the exact same job for years. Halliday has a poor game in a position he has only played for us twice this season and is shite?

Logic we could apply to Waghorn, Holt, Kiernan, Foderingham, etc, etc.

Oh, and add to that list - Warburton.

Of course but considering Waghorn's our top scorer, Holt has been arguably our best player and Kiernan and Wes have been part of a defence that's conceded the least amount of goals this season they've at least proved their worth, unlike Andy.
