Helicopter Sunday was unbelievable.

Also Artetas pen against Dunfermline to clinch League on goal difference was amazing.

Such a nervy day with both us and them playing and with us losing that first goal, penalty misses etc,  the destiny of the title changing hands throughout.

Incredible drama and ultimately relief when the whistle went...what a feeling!

Was going to post the same.

I was in a hospitality box that day with the thim game on the telly inside when monkey missed that pen I almost kissed the waitress.

Europe always a bonus for me so Helicopter Sunday by a MILE. Never has the gulf in emotions between the old firm been so huge or swung so dramatically  . We'd never been so high and the pure joy of watching their ABSOLUTE AGONY will never fade. I know it may seem I'm giving tims a little too much importance but sadly they're  our only real competition and if that high is ever surpassed it'll be heart attack material.

lovenkrands cup final winner in the dying seconds in 2002 , we pumped them the 2nd half and they knew it, Barry cracked the post at 2-1 down from a 25 yard free kick and you thought it was not gonna be our day.

Then Barry equalises with 20 min to go and it was one way traffic at this point but they were still dangerous on the break, then when most teams would settle for extra time, MCCann wips a low cross in and Lovenkrands does the rest, First time we took the lead and hardly anytime for kickoff.

When we all stopped celebrating we were greeted with an empty Celtic end.

That must have been a hell of a sickener for those cunts that day,

Most people seem to think that but actually Stephen Thompson's goal was enough as it turned out.  (We would have won on goals scored)

Has to be Helicopter Sunday. I can't remember a thing about that day after the scores came in. On a slightly less dramatic scale the League Championship win in 2009 at Tannadice was special, and it was the first time we didn't have to qualify for the CL; which meant we knew our budget etc. It was nice to sample that for the first time. That was a great game, and a very good way to win a league campaign. But there are so many. The last minute goal by Lovenkrands was special as well.

Has to be the final in Barcelona in 72. Have so many memories of the whole trip leaving Ayr 3 days before the final. When some people say they could write a book I always thought that one trip could fill a book. What a rush!!

This.  Stayed sober for the game o I would not miss a second.  When Bud scored his second, I said to my pal, are we dreaming?

Lovenkrands header was made more special because I was in a mixed pub with some very loud mouthed beasts.

Since I wasn't in Florence, I'm not going to include that, I'm going to go with games I've been at.

So easily, the best feeling was when that first roar went up at Easter Road in May 2005, the second best feeling was the second roar a minute later!

Likewise only games attended ... Konterman howitzer for me.

We were right behind the goal. The look on Douglas's face and abuse he took from us in the aftermath was priceless.

Only 3 days? I had a whole week. Stayed in Santa Susanna. Hotel right on the beach. Staff came in to open the bar for us when we got back after the match. Absolutely pissed the whole time.

The BUS left Ayr 3 days before the game and we had to get a polis escort from Lloret to the Nou Camp as we were running late. More things happened on that 7 day bus trip than some folk cram in a life time. Not one single person on that trip was sober or slept all the way there or the return. Most of us slept on the beach on the night of the final as we were chucked out of the hotel as some loony jumped into the pool from 3 flights up.

I've  had a lot if great memories at games but the one that stands out for me was when lovenkrands scored against the filth in the dying  minutes to win the cup, I took my son to his first old firm game that day and when the celebrations were over my boy was at least  10 rows away on some bloke's  shoulders  ? he's  in his 20's  now and still talks about that game.

Helicopter Sunday had everything, tension, drama and a twist in the end, even a helicopter.

2009 For Fan Power Operation Tango deserves a mention, Paul Hartley's coupon was brilliant.

The mhanky tramps are in denial over operation Tango. They will never accept that the biggest hoax 'ever' was pulled off by so few and fooled so many,namely, 800,000 mhanky tramps in Scotland.

Games I was lucky enough to attend

2003 v Dunfermline , as it was the first title won when i had season ticket with my daughter.

League cup final v st mirren , so proud of the teams No Surrender attitude.

2011 Final v the tarriers , as my daughter & son celebrated their 1st game v they cunts .

But probably the game v East Fife at Ibrox 2012 , stood at a public phone in 100 degree heat in marmaris the week before trying to get the season tickets sorted out , then must admit I had tears in my eyes & a lump in my throat as we sat watching the Club Deck fill up while the kick off was delayed . Hearing the fans that night was an unbelievable feeling after all the shit throughout the summer. Just glad i didn't know what was still to come !
