Many thanks to VERITAS VOS LIBREBETS who has not only reserved a medal for himself, but has also bought one for us to give to an Erskine Veteran.

(And since he's donating one of the medals to Erskine, he's exempt from the £3 Erskine surcharge, so he will only pay £10 each for those medals.  )

If  VVL's action motivates anyone else to want to buy a medal for an Erskine Veteran, just let me know.

So yeah - not much news right now.

I'm taking it easy while it's quiet.

We've received a couple of cash donations, and some PayPal donations, but it's too soon to bug admin for the latest paypal figures.

In a few weeks, I'll start sending some PMs out to some of our Loyal Fund Members who haven't renewed yet.  That usually works well.

Most of them probably don't even know we're collecting.

 

Oh, and I'm waiting on Erskine getting back to me with a price for an upcoming Wishing Wall Trip.

Dismissed the notion instantly - and here's why...

If we sell t-shirts, the only people who would really make money are the manufacturers, PayPal, and Royal Mail.
