Not that he hadn't already showed what it meant to be our Captain, who steps up for our fifth penalty? A left back who I've never seen take a penalty for Rangers, or any other Club.

You did that for us and we gave our support for you. One of the greatest captains of this Club. :21:

That's what separates a Rangers captain from a sellik captain

After the game he went round everyone of the scum team to a man and shook their hands. Sheer Rangers class for the man. If the shoe was on the other foot the Lego eater would never have done that. The gulf in class between the two is astronomical.

Even his performance 120 mins in and he's still powering up and down the line. Fuckin magic!

Proved today he is BY FAR the best left back in the country, this guy is everything that a Rangers captain should have, ability, heart, motivation he's got the lot and the fact that he stayed when others jumped ship makes him all the more special.

Take a bow Lee.

Never been so confident in someone to score a penalty in my life!

He's shown this season what a great player and captain he is. You can see it in his emotions what it means to him. He deserves the success, he's been with us through the hard times and now will take us forward to good times and 55

Love the big guy.  Stuck with us at our lowest ebb when he could have easily jumped ship.  Integrity, honour, someone whose moral principles meant more to him than money and who clearly, and deeply, loves our club. LEGEND

'To be a Ranger is to sense the sacred trust of upholding all that such a name means in this shrine of football. They must be true in their conception of what the Ibrox tradition seeks from them. No true Ranger has ever failed in the tradition set him."

Our very success, gained you will agree by skill, will draw more people than ever to see it. And that will benefit many more clubs than Rangers. Let the others come after us. We welcome the chase. It is healthy for us. We will never hide from it. Never fear, inevitably we shall have our years of failure, and when they arrive, we must reveal tolerance and sanity. No matter the days of anxiety that come our way, we shall emerge stronger because of the trials to be overcome. That has been the philosophy of the Rangers since the days of the gallant pioneers'.

Lee is a Living Rangers Legend.

He played a blinder today, both him, and Tav, were relentless going up and down the pitch. They certainly earned their money today, & hopefully a wee bonus for them after beating the scum, & getting through to a major cup final.

This was one of the best days of my life, as a Blue Nose for over 55 years. They all had us beaten before a ball was even kicked, yet our players went out & played them off the park. We were, by far, the better team today, and it would have been a travesty if they had won on penalties. Fucking brilliant..

I'll bring the pantomime villain here and give Lee the slightest bit of criticism on an overall brilliant performance...

He got caught out of position too many times in the first half and gave Roberts far too much space and time on the ball.
