They're outraged because it's difficult to justify giving a team that can't fill half their ground on a regular basis half the tickets for the final. If a team can sell half the tickets at a final they're entitled to it. So someone who allegedly support Hibs and does not go to more than a handful of games if that comes before someone who is actually a season ticket holder who turns up in rain, sleet, wind or snow . Would end up in a) empty seats or b) fans not being segregated, whereas with some thought and planning the allocation could have been proportioned and included segregation.
