Courtyard Bear 41,357
At least one of the guys waiting his trial had his ban lifted so The board fucked that again because they refuse to talk to each individual. There was nothing stopping them waiting until all the cases had been heard  Again nothing on giving the fans banned a refund.
Scottywellhousetb 50,435
Who released that statement? Our board or club 1872? I'm struggling to differentiate from them , in all honesty it's starting to smell like you write it Board and we'll release it in our name under club 1872. BEE 4,880
It was also brought to our attention that both court bail and police bail following such charges routinely includes conditions which ban individuals from every ground in the UK until such time as their cases are heard. We do not have any details on the specific bail conditions in these cases but would expect them to largely follow suit. Rangers’ letter formalises their position on bans routinely imposed by the courts in these situations. Well what about the many that haven't? K.A.I 36,183
They had their chance and they fucked it IMO. That's not progressing it or hassling them for a suitable outcome for the fans that's downright appeasement. Was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but that's a joke. Unless they come back to me in the coming days with something totally different to that then they are everything the cynics have said about them in relation to being turely independent from the club. No two ways about it. Â
Big Al 55 9,241
Not good enough, but at least the club have said they would review any bans post court cases. Still wrong to impose bans before court cases, still wrong to take st money from those likely to be banned.

D'Artagnan 13,319
9 minutes ago, K.A.I said: and also Rangers are lying bastards - saying they have made it clear any such not guilty verdicts will mean the bans are reviewed and lifted. You's all seen the letters - no such mention. Futher proof of a stitch up and lies. It stinks to fuck. Thats not correct Kai - if you read the statement it was Club1872, not Rangers who insisted that those found not guilty would have their bans reviewed.  Quote  Club 1872 has received several enquiries from supporters regarding bans imposed by Rangers on fans charged with offences following the Scottish Cup Final. We contacted Rangers to seek clarification on why this action was taken, in some instances prior to an outcome to the cases. Rangers informed us that it has always been their policy to introduce bans for those who are charged with serious offences occurring at matches involving the club. This policy is in line with the terms and conditions of season tickets issued to supporters and football authority and ground regulations. We have made it clear to Rangers that should any of the individuals involved be found not guilty then we would expect their bans to be reviewed and lifted and that we would assist such individuals in facilitating that review with Rangers in the event that they requested our assistance. We hope this helps our members and the support in general to understand Rangers’ position on the matter and we thank them for their speedy response to our queries.
Guest
Basically "were just a mouthpiece for the board, what the boars says goes, but of any bears are found not guilty we'll put a word in" The Club and Club1872 should be backing the fans to the hilt. Club1872, Rst, Rangers First - all lies. They claim to be fans reps but they are at best simply spokesmen for the current board. No bottle, no fight, just pander and appease. At least the Bears who are affected by this have fans from VBs and this forum to back them up vocally and financially against the courts and media, unfortunately the only one that can help them with the Clubs ban are the Board/C1872 or someone from within the club but they've stabbed them in the back already so they've pretty much no hope.
