Tell the to ram it, How about the charge Stewart O'Regan by failing to ensure the people he hired actually did their jobs and kept the Hibs fans off the park in the first place.

Tell the SFA straight we won't be paying any fines and if it comes to it we will ask UEFA to get involved and if they refuse then see them in court.

Our players who were assulted our fans attacked but let's blame the Rangers.

Demand Regan is sacked that's what the board should be doing, Petrie is still to this day on the SFA and he should have been removed the week after the game

If any of then had any decency they'd have resigned by now..

We should take this to the CAS. We can't use the Scottish courts as we would then be in breach of FIFA's rules. However, the SFA could be in trouble too as FIFA's rules also forbid any government intervention in sport. As the SNP's legislation specifically targets football, this could mean Scotland being excluded from the WC & Euros.

The SNP's legislation, as fucking ridiculous as it is, doesn't interfere with the running of the game in Scotland. FIFA doesn't have a ban on government involvement in dealing with "criminal" behaviour inside stadia. If the Scottish Government were, for example, to disband the SFA to replace it with a new body THAT would be a breach of the rules.

So a young bear gets 4 months but a tim is just a daft wee laddie ,  and some of ours still say we're paranoid :sherlock:

Tbf, it's a difficult comparison between a 17-year old and a 24-year old. One is still a schoolchild and the other is, to all intents and purposes, an adult.  Probably also worth noting that the young bear pled guilty.

This despicable decision comparing the two sets of supporters as having equal blame on the day of the cup final is preposterous. We all know the Compliance Officer's football leanings, so this disgraceful finding has got to be challenged by our Board. However, given their previous reluctance to involve themselves in supporter related matters, I find myself unsurprised at the ,so far, inaction of said Board, to firstly, defend the attacks on our players and staff, by out of control Hivs support and then, a lack of action in defending the support against the Record and Police Scotland's lies in respect to events outside of Hampden, defies belief.

The effect of all of the above has only emboldened all of our haters, given them further belief that more  attacks will be met with inaction from our dynamic Board. Unless this Board start to prove they will be pro-active in fighting the haters, detractors and outright liars, the only assumption we can take from this is, "Cheers for the season ticket money and the 50,000 support every other week, but you're on your fucking own when it comes to fighting the SFA, Daily Record, Police Scotland and the BBC".

Your timing, literally, couldn't be worse. Or more entertaining.

Wish the board would release a statement :pipe:

Yet after years of incompetence, mismanagement and corruption, still no charges for Regan.

Imagine that.

Regan was standing talking to Dave King while the pitch invasion was taking place, how can he possibly pretend  it didn't happen.

And we've got alleged fans in denial that this is happening even after 4 years of hell in the lower divisions ! :sherlock:
