Remember the game that was played on a Saturday night 5.30pm KO and it had play suspended and big Amo was over talking to the fans :pipe:??? Often think this game has more hatred than the old firm game. Also coopers free kick in the League Cup final is one of my favourite all time goals

Going to Pittodrie many times, but never actually setting foot in Aberdeen; I went on the supporters' bus and they parked inside a gated area behind our end of Pittodrie, then the buses left sharp with a small police escort and traffic lights switched-off for a quick getaway.

The ones that sticks out for me is big Dado sliding across the rain soaked grass after scoring and Ricksen firing in a free-kick in another game.

Also forgot about this from 2003. Did the rhebel mention this at all in their recent article?

A 21-year-old fan has admitted assaulting Rangers defender Fernando Ricksen during the match against Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Saturday.

Jason Cowie pleaded guilty to attempting to kick and punch Ricksen on the pitch.

Used to love going up there when we seated in the paddock (thinks that what it was called), loved drinking in the city centre before  the game. Only problem was we kept getting beat doh and when  i eventually saw my first win we were switched to the beach end, Johnstone and Prytz.

I remember Naismith done his cruciate up there. I think it was in 2011.

He went in late on their midfielder and hurt himself in the process, but got up. I remember the boy in front of me saying "he's done his cruciate", but he got up and his mate told him he was talking shite. The boy replied that you can do your cruiciate badly, but still walk. Not for long, though. A few minutes later and Naismith was down again, then stretchered off.

I was gutted for him at the time because he was in a right good run of form, but looking back, I'm not so sympathetic.

Ally had us flying those first 3 months of the season or so bar Europe.

Was lucky enough to be there when Souness won his first title. On the pitch, when it was acceptable to invade a pitch. Was also there when Durrant was ruined by Simpson - not a good memory. Agree, that the hatred up there is really intense. You'll always find someone spoiling for a fight, if you walk about central Aberdeen with Rangers colours on. Also have sat with their fans a couple of times and listened to their bile.
