If we drop points on Saturday I think this vote will be 80%/20% for him to go, next 4 league games, Partick at home, ICT away, St Johnstone home and Killie home, anything less than 10 points is a failure in IMO. Can see us drawing up at Inverness. Biggest month of Warbs Rangers career is coming up, we take 12 points from those games and do the beggers in the semi he will be a hero again. Less than 10 points and another hammering from them he will be gone.

We are 7 games into the season for fuck sake, some of them haven't played even half of those yet.

13 with league cup.

And you're right, most of them haven't played much.

So, how great have they been as signings?

You'd have thought one or two out of 11 might have contributed.

Or did we just bring them in for the sake of saying 'look, we've made 11 signings'?

How can you write them off in September? It's not as if Warburton can control injuries, and when they have played they have done well ie Gilks, Hodson, Rossiter, Windass, Crooks etc

Jesus. It would be a crying shame if Warburton left due to this mounting pressure from folk who can't see past their nose. He's a decent gaffer who requires time for the team to gel competitively. It's not his fault that players aren't converting the possession into goals. That will come. Have faith bears and get off his case.

Gilks, fine (I said that elsewhere).

The rest, Hodson is back up.

Rossiter, Windass, Crooks haven't been fit for purpose.

Nor Nico, or Barton.

Too many with fitness issues for it to be just bad luck.

I'd take McInnes right now. This is a nightmare. Why he thought bringing in two fat lazy bastards in the twilight years of their careers was a masterstroke and wouldn't disrupt the harmony of our midfield is beyond doubt. He's too arrogant for his position. He explains his signings as magnificent wheeler dealer coupes with that condescending smirk. He has two games to save his job and frankly I'm sick of people believing they are doing Rangers a favour by coming to us

We've been here long before you and long after you've gone.

If we win it's about performance, If we draw or lose it's about result. Players are damned if they do and damned if they don't. Just hope they don't take to heart what some of their critics say, if they read this forum. They're in a rut atm and I have faith that Warburton and their hard work will get them out of it soon.

It should ALWAYS be about results.

3 for each

Case against:

  1. the defence should have been a priority - it wasn't
  2. The signings so far, whether due to injury, banned or simply not good enough, have been underwhelming and not contributed at all
  3. He seems locked into 4-3-3 when its obvious his players are struggling to play it at this level.

Case for:

  1. He has had no choice but to see what players from last year can hack it in the premiership - they had to be given a chance. Now he sees how they measure up at this level, he has to be given the chance to remedy the situation.
  2. Same as 2 above only with a different slant - his signings haven't contributed yet - with the injuries thats not his fault and all players need to settle in.
  3. It took a worldy to beat us yesterday away to one of our biggest rivals - and we hadn't even played well.

Some eye-watering hysteria from our own after being beaten by dolly & the dhims. So what? Its MW's first season in the top flight ffs. The way he conducts himself is befitting of a Rangers Manager and he is light years ahead of anyone we could have hoped for.

The dhims want him to leave for one reason only, he's an intelligent manager who will get it right.

This is a time for us to stick together and persist with a job in progress. Timothy's support, mhedia poodles and supporters of diddy clubs all know the mother of all bitch slaps is on the way. Lets be patient.

Best post I've read within the last 24 hours on here.

Everyone makes mistakes especially in an environment you've never been in before, and I think MW will learn from his mistakes.
