All of those involved didn't become involved until they were directly linked to them, eh under contract.

The link is there and even if its individuals, its all individuals who were employed by them and that's a lot of mud.

Ahhhhh good point, so as long as the link is there (ie if the club advised them how to save money on tax avoidance) the club should then be in just as deep shit as the individuals! Well here's hoping and praying that some of that mud you mentioned sticks for once :000000082:

If the club used the same accountants or solicitors that advised said players then there's your link right there....

Is it not the case that if one of the players come out and say that cellic advised them to take part in the scheme then they get done?

They would need to prove it and I think the ramifications for them would be huge.

This isn't a civil matter, its a criminal one. Think about that.

Here's hoping that link surfaces in the next few days, then it'll be time to sit back with a nice brew and watch the carnage unfold! I suppose the next question would be whether it is classed as tax avoidance or evasion. Hopefully the latter.

So they were dodging the tax man all along as it's already been dealt with in court?  Yet our case if we win we have been punished for using a legal system in the EBT's as they well know as everything was documented.

This should be in bears den, and if they did do this then trophys should be stripped for cheating

If the main man Lawell has done it then he has to go, this is old news we already new all this, but now the tax man has won and chasing the money.

HMRC have not won anything with us and if the Supreme Court rules in our favour then all hell is gonna break out.

If Celtic advised these players as we all know they did then we as a club must demand they are relegated to the bottom flight and stripped of trophys won in that time for cheating as that's what they did.

As if we don't kick up fuck the SFA will do nothing.

Surely they would only need to be relegated if the circumstances were the same as they were for us - administration, holding company dissolved and voted down by the rest of the PL teams? Don't get me wrong I would love to see them and their scummy fans suffer, but I would imagine if the club was forced to pay any sort of fine/tax back they would be in a position to? Maybe some points deducted as well but can't see them being punted down to the 4th tier....unfortunately

Hopefully one cunt that left the tarriers on bad terms and drops them in it for advising them etc, not a chance all they players just happened on the scheme at the same time

Bellamy joined 1 a week after signing for them FS even their financial director was on one.....just a coincidence though....
