The sheep have sold 11k tickets for their semi-final tomorrow, Morton have sold 4k. Utterly embarrassing.

Good, glad it will look so empty and also glad they didn't move the game or kick off time.

All in all, fuck the sheep.

We're running out of players.  From having everyone fit, well and raring to go we're struggling.  Needs must in these circumstances and I believe Sir Walter would go 4-5-1 with the 1 being MOH.  Worked for St Johnstone against us and they are pish at the back.

The sheep should be giving the same amount for the final if they get there.

they will be requesting half of the stadium. The sheep and hivs are the same. Dnt turn up all season but when they get to a final expect half of it.

Spot on. The crowds we had at our group stage games, which were midweek, were double what the sheep pumpers get at league games as Pittodrie. If they've sold 11k tickets for the semi then that's what they should get for the final, should they see off Morton.

Who's ready for a right good enhancing?

From the club's website:

All fans attending the Rangers v Celtic, Betfred Cup Semi Final, should note that enhanced search arrangements will be in place at this fixture.

This additional safety measure has the potential to delay entry into the ground so fans are strongly encouraged to get to the Stadium as early as possible. Turnstiles will be open 1 ½ hours before kick-off i.e. 12.45pm.

Could see hodson playing at right back and tav pushed into midfield at this rate.

Why would that happen? If Kranjcar and Rossiter are out, we have Holt, Halliday, Windass, Crooks, Forrester, McKay, and arguably Burt to come in.

People are obsessed with moving Tav into midfield. Wish they would understand he's a right back.

Crooks hasn't started a game, McKay plays in the front 3 and Burt won't be thrown in, leaving 4 players as listed.

That's why it could happen, necessity and to balance the team.

With Kranjcar out I can see us being very open.

Probably the opposite mate, Kranjcar is an attaching midfielder who's going to be replaced by a central midfielder basically. We could end up more compact in midfield

Crooks has to start a game some time, Warburton has played McKay in central midfield on several occasions, and whether or not Burt is likely to play he is still an option.

All of those options are more favourable than moving an attacking full-back into central midfield where he has never played one second of professional football. If it came down to it, lack of starts or not, it's quite obvious that Crooks starts in the middle ahead of Tavernier.

It is absolutely mind-boggling that you think adding Tavernier to the middle three could add 'balance' to the team.

We just set up the same way everytime and never seem to have a gameplay to stop the other team from playing

It's important that we stop their full-backs from getting in to dangerous positions. I think we have the better and more mobile of midfielders in Halliday, Holt & Windass vs Brown & Bitton in the centre. We should over-run them. But we need to be stop them from picking the ball up in the wee pockets of space between our midfield and defence.

All I'm getting at is, we need to play well but we also need to set up to stop Celtic from playing well. Frustrate the life out of their wee pussy-faced players like Forrest & Sinclair

It's not really considering he is better going forward than he is defending.

Plus if I'm hearing the right murmurs then it may be 4-3-3 on Sunday.

Been chat of trying something else in training.
