Essandoh 21,207
It is more than likely a lot of shite but I was told today at the game from a boy from down south that Rossiter is supposedly severely homesick. Liverpool may only be 3 hours away but when you consider how Scouse that lad is in every way it's pretty believable. Here's hoping it's rubbish or if it is true that it subsides because he's an incredibly talented young player who would do us the world of good this season. Zappa6995 3,645
Never mind him, Im at home, sick right now along with many others. If he's homesick he's in the wrong profession.
Terry Hurlock Loyal 12,133
Funny how all these problems occur with players when things aren't going the teams way. If this is true, then send him on his way as we can Ill afford players not up for the job. Can't say I have seen anything of note to suggest he is anything special. RangersMedia 35,961
We're fucking 3 hours away from Liverpool He's getting paid enough money he can fucking commute for all I care. 'Homesick' lmao. Ffs.

K.A.I 36,183
Your man might have heard right, but I'd also say (if true) that it's probably Rossiter's way of working his ticket since he's been unlucky with injury and not really played when fit. He wouldn't have made any difference today either IMO. He's another one of the fans hero's that's done absolutely nothing, Neat and tidy but nothing more nothing less. sandyinroyalblue 16,478
Steal his hub caps and tell him you went to school with one of the Beatles. That should do the trick.

Goianegra 4,682
I highly doubt that. He seemed very excited when he first joined and had a great attitude. He just needs time to settle, he's still just a young lad and been unlucky with injuries.

Brian Fantana 28,894
Aye? If so, bye rossiter, good luck getting another job in liverpool cos you've done fuck all up here to warrant staying in the game
Johnny Dangerously 7,562
Soldiers fighting in far off lands get home sick. Footballers a short bus journey from home need to catch a grip. Wether there is any truth in this I'm not so sure.
1NachoNovo 840
Maybe the lad is just petrified that being in glasgow, some weird mhanky tramp will rip his nappy off.

To be fair to the lad neat and tidy is what I would want from a holding midfield player.Break up moves, link passes keep things simple. Its those around him I would expect to be more creative.I actually think he has been one of our best players in the games I have seen him. As for homesick take that with a large pinch of salt.Even if true it's probably quite natural for anyone that's moved away from home for the first time.As long as he performs when wearing our jersey that's all that matters to me. If he is feeling homesick, keep him working/training/playing, it take your mind off things and gives you something to focus on. Then after a while you can handle being homesick and then you have something to look forward to.

Reformation Bear 6,453
I hope its bullshit. All Warburton said post-match was a referral to Wilson and Kranjcar being injured and that Rossiter was 'out' (no other reason given) but that he would have been involved today.
