The fact one's injury prone and both have links to MW and FM's former clubs, done us fuck all good this season so far.

A broken leg is hardly injury prone is it.

He had back problems before he came to Liverpool and hasn't had a problem with it since.

i'm talking about actually landing the player and not some deflection tactic because he's under the cosh.

I dont get this... we are, by all accounts, going for a player from Porto. You claiming we are going for some english based player is just guesswork. Slagging off because its the popular thing to do.. brilliant.

Probably because folk want Warburton out rather than him posing more cash away.

That's the sort of dangerous thinking that leads people to wanting us to drop points in order to facilitate the management change.

We need new midfielders. We're being linked with new midfielders. Warburton is obviously trying to change things, which is what everyone is crying out for. Some seem to be too entrenched in their positions to appreciate that.

What's he trying to change exactly?

He keeps playing the same shitey formation month after month despite everyone in Scottish football knowing it's not working.

Let's not pretend he's trying to sort it because we see his mince every single week. He will bring in more tippy tappy footballers who he will try to shoe horn into a failing formation and he will keep at it till he's sacked.

He has no ability to change things up.

Everyone is raging because he isn't signing the mythical, miracle, bargain, unknown, Scandinavian-league superstar saviour.

Most would now be happier with a completely unknown spanish boy from tenerife -  he ticks all the boxes

  • doesnt come from Bentford - tick
  • Macparland/MW  doesn't know then - tick
  • foreign - tick

Beggers belief

Or more likely lost confidence and faith Warburton can turn it around
