The Dude 20,026
Derek McInnes, no one else. He had a howler today tactically. Players scored one and thought it was over. Sound familiar?

jmc66 2
Don't understand the hype about him tbh. turned Aberdeen around in one season and playing no bad football also won one Cup Final and getting to semi of other while probably finishing 2nd. Albertz Laces 35
From the poll I voted Butcher. Sole reason being where he got Inverness and his aggressive attitude when require.I don't really agree with our ex managers having another go such as McLeish, but any opinions on having Graeme Souness again ?I think another ex player that knows Rangers standards but WITH managerial experience and a good record, is the way forward.
