bear822 80
Any Bears on here play darts ? What level ? Iv'e not threw a competative dart for about 10 years but I did play at County level with some very, very good players. I was actually rated as a good prospect at teenage level a long, long time ago. Came 5th at the British Teenage Championships in 1984.

If you play in the pub & you win their Trophy then you're a champion in my eyes. I was fortunate enough to win many before the wife put her foot down. somethingtypical 0
Our ITV4 reception is murder here, keeps losing the signal and then it's fine for an hour and then off for an hour. So frustrating.

Creampuff 22,628
Phil Taylor makes darts, it's the lack of anyone else who can compete that ruins it. Without Taylor the standards of darts would decrease dramatically.

Would love to see the viewing figures from the start of Barney v Taylor til when Taylor went 10-4 up and Barney chucked it. I'd imagine people would have been turning off in their droves. Without Taylor the standards of darts would decrease dramatically. I agree with this. He practises far far more than anyone else so he deserves everything he gets. I'd rather see people try and get up to his standard than him give up.

Well i turned over, can't be bothered watching Taylor win all the time. I wonder what the viewing figures were when Taylor wasn't playing, compared to when he was. Orangeclement 569
TBF its not Taylors fault the rest are not upto scratch, if the likes of wade and that actually put in the practice hours that taylor has then its always going to be the same, the young ones let the money go to their head and don't concentrate.
